We just talked about asset debt – calculating the cost of keeping an asset in high performance mode. But to do that, power structures in the firm have to be attuned to shifting priorities in asset management. The truth is that firm management often gets stuck in bad habits. One solution is to re-structure departments around using resources for new growth opportunities.
